( Location Jakarta - DKI ) Responsibilities :
- Handling documentation and follow up with order
- Transfer PIB / PEB
- PPJK Certificated up date on rules & regulation on periodically custom requirement
- Follow up the Importation Clearing from Indonesian customs to Forwarding agents.
- Performing export & import daily Administration
- Monitoring documentation & update clearance on daily basis
- Monitoring field staff to perform clearance & handling of shipment
- Bachelor degree required
- 2+ years of hands on administrative support experience
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook a must
- Knowledge of operating standard office equipment
- 25 – 30 years old
