RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible to develop strategies to expand company's sales according to the set target
- Maintain, manage and monitor branch related operational issues
- Develop and execute branch sales strategies to maximize revenues
- Ensure coordination between brach and head office
- Ensure training to sales and marketing teams
- Monitor expenses in administrating branch office
- Develop solid team work and communicate business strategies to the branch staff
- Prepare branch budget and submit to head office
- Professional, high initiative and dynamic individual
- Able to meet annual sales priorities and goals
- Min. D-3 degree qualification
- Proven track record developing and leading branch operation min 3 years
