Qualification:
- Female/Male, max 40 years old
- Minimum S1 Degree from well-recognized University
- Min 5 years experiences in a similar position, however solid and strong work experience is preferable (from Automotive or Retail Industry)
- Understand and familiar with Human Resources system and procedures
- Have a good computer skills (e.g. Excel, M.S Word, Power Point etc)
- Have a good English communication skills both oral and written
- Have a strong Leadership, outgoing personality and excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong commitment, trustworthy, team player and hardworking individual
