Job Summary
We are looking for a results driven retail Sales Associate to be responsible for all sales activities, from lead generation through to close. The successful candidate will be able to elevate company standards, achieve sales goals and meet client's expectations.Marketing Executive serves customers by selling products; meeting customer needs, advertising and market research. Promotion goes hand in hand with performance and involves taking on more responsibility and managing a larger and larger team. - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Assess customers' needs and provide assistance and information on product features
- "Go the extra mile" to drive sales
- Actively seek out customers
- Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
- Cross sell products
- Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
- Build productive trust relationships with customers
- Proven working experience as sales associate
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Proficiency in English
- Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements
- Track record of over-achieving sales quota
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service focus
- High school degree BS degree in Marketing or related field would be a plus
