Qualification : - Male/Female
- 1-2 years of experience (preferably in IT field)
- Educational background in IT field is a plus
- Previous experience in a Textile field is a plus, but not compulsory
- Basic English skills is a MUST
- Should be willing to work over normal working hours (only during critical situations) Job Responsibilities:
- Provide Training & support for end user by e-mail/phone/on-field support.
- Installation & Troubleshooting ERP application
- Data monitoring & validation
- Testing and stability of application during new updates
- Documenting and reporting every stages of work
