Key Role
- Overseeing warehouse operation and liaise with a customer to meet the service level as a logistics service provider and improve efficiency of warehouse operation, as well as minimizing costs.
Accountabilities
- Warehouse Operation - Direct daily activities of the warehouse including personnel management, space utilization, inventory and equipment to provide the best logistics solution
- Inventory control of all items in warehouse, cycle counting report.
- Safeguard warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols
- Consistently meet or exceed company service and cost objectives to upgrade service & reduce the budget
- Leasing and negotiating with customers and suppliers
- Improving and optimizing performance of transport and operation process
- Manage Inbound and Outbound
- Manage Local Delivery
Qualifications
- Preferably 8-10 years experiences in the logistics industry or in an operations or customer service environment (preferably FMCG)
- Knowledge and understanding of international logistics operations with solid background.
- In-depth systemic knowledge of Warehouse Management System
- Fluent in English (written and spoken). Speaking Korean will be given preference
