Finance & Accounting Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage and ensure that all Company's financial report and management account are reported timely accurate and compliance with related accounting regulations, as well as the group and management policy
- Manage all that Company's financial functions and responsible for all accounting processes and risk control
- Manage all taxation functions in the Company and ensure that all company financial report are reported compliance with tax regulations
- Manage and ensure all financial matters compliance with the company policy and related regulations
- Ensure all company systems, control and internal audit processes are carried out efficiently and in line with the company policy
Requirements:
- Hold Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring in Accounting or Finance from reputable university with GPA min 3.00
- Minimum 4 years working experience in retail company
- Proactive, full of initiative, high integrity, risk focus and attention to details
- Ability to manage tasks effectively and to motivate team members
- Excellent administration and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrate high service attitude with good analytical, judgement and problem solving skills
- Willing to work on tight schedule
