Civil Supervisor (Cikarang)
Persyaratan:
- Min. Bachelor Degree (S1) Majoring in Civil Engineering or Achitectural from Reputable University
- 3-4 years working experience in supervising structural and architectural work (Industrial buildings such as Factory and Warehouse)
- Fluent in English, both oral and written
- Computer literate
- Available for immediate employment
- Good communication skill
- Good health condition
- Able to work in team
- Well organized
- Living in Cikarang area, West Java
- Willing to be placed for project in Cikarang, West Java
Architectural Project Manager
Persyaratan:
- Min. Bachelor Degree (S1) Majoring in Architecture or Engineering from Reputable Universities
- Ideally professionally qualified in one of the following fields; Construction, Project Management, Engineering, Surveying, Architecture, Real Estate Consultant or Information Technology
- Computer literate including Microsoft Project
- Project management experience in either contracting or as a consultant with at least 5 years working in the role
- A broad understanding of the characteristics of projects over a significant portion of the project life cycle
- Good working knowledge of all of the main project management concepts, tools and techniques
- Experience of leading project management commissions for small to medium sized commercial fit-out construction projects of low to medium complexity, or at least sufficient related experience to enable a step up to performing a lead project manager role
- Good knowledge of construction industry technical matters, such as the different procurement routes, etc
- People management experience, particularly in the context of managing a end user business units to deliver a project
- Experience of working within a large financial organization to consolidate a number of buildings into one location along with the fit-out requirements and knowledge of move management
- Experience of managing the financial aspects of a projects
