Job Description
- Develop and prepare training materials & Product Knowledge which in up to date in accordance with the needs of the Company
- Creating a schedule timely and targeted training as needed for the Beauty Advisor
- Preparing material for the label in the product user guide and product functions
- Make regular visits to the store to control and assess the performance of Beauty Advisors who have been given training
- Help conduct market research, competitor activity and market trends to be discussed with Management Company
- Maximum age 40 years old
- Minimum Bachelor Degree from reputable University
- Minimum 3 years experienced in the same field
- Good knowledge and skills on make-up will be an advantage
- Pleasant personality, dynamic, proactive, and good communication skills including teaching and coaching
- Fluent in English and Computer literate
