Job Requirement
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering Background
- 6-8 experience in supply chain/distribution at managerial level
- Having deep understanding of Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) and Retail distribution models
- Capable to design transportation networks and optimize distribution solutions
- Capable to develop distribution pricing models
- Having effective presentation skill
- Understand Profit & Lost
- Good negotiation skill with customers to close a deal
- Business solutions mindset and goal orientation
- Always abreast with relevant technology
- Aspirational attitude
- Believes in continuous improvement
