Responsibility & Scope:
- Review line planning and commitment together with production manager for order fulfilment
- Prepare layout and ensure operation breakdown in proper and achieve target SMV
- Review Style Changeover plan and lead/support (start from preparation and planning) to achieve target
- Continuous to improve line performance to company objective in Safety, Quality, Cost and Delivery
- Initiate improvement program including training, coaching, and follow up by audit
