Our client is a Elevator or Escalator company urgently seeking candidate for:
NEW INSTALLATION DIRECTOR (ELEVATOR / ESCALATOR)
Requirements:
- University education in Technical, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics or Industrial Engineering, Administration or Business
- Master in Business Administration
- Experience in leading project and commercial teams for at least ten years
- Desired knowledge in elevator and escalators industry –products, market-, Sales skills, IT skills, Schindler Finance knowledge, English skills. Customer oriented behavior. Schindler Leadership Framework behaviors required. Strong P&L skills required
- Lead, prepare and collaborate in the Budgeting Process for NI
- Overall P&L responsibility for NI (except Commodity)
- Drives WIP (Financial) reviews consistently for all projects
- Active use of strategic capacity plan to prepare for required resources
- Lead and collaborate with other departments to ensure required resources are trained and in place for the proper execution of the fulfillment of projects
- Manage NI team work force. This includes overall responsibility for NI Top Range Fulfillment, SED, Layout Engineering (Drawing Office), Testing & Commissioning as well as the Tooling Center
- Ensure a smooth handover from NI sales, SED, Project Fulfillment, Testing & Commissioning to EI
- Take leadership in SH aspects with personal involvement
- Ensure employees and subcontractors comply with Schindler Safety & Health Policy, associated requirements and implement relevant SH initiatives and track for continuous improvement
