Responsibilities:
- Assist the development of the educational program, including both curricular and co-curricular activities to maximize educational outcomes
- Assist the development of annual operational plans for the School
- Assist the Principal in designing and implementing all School's programs
- On limited occasion, become the marketing and representation of the School to the community, including the establishment and fostering of relationships with relevant government agencies and the media
- On limited occasion, support the work of all group associated with the School and actively participate in appropriate School's activities
- Participate actively in relevant professional development activities
- 25 – 35 years old
- Minimum Bachelor degree in education or psychology
- Achievement as a successful teacher is essential, preferably with at least 2 years experience as a teacher at National Plus / International School (preferably School using Singapore syllabus)
- Experience in School administration and development as well as implementation of operational plans
- Experience in curriculum planning and development
- Familiar with Singapore syllabus or using Singapore books (ex: My Pals Are Here)
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills and people skills
- Speak English fluently is a must
- Must love children
- Intellectual strength, professional integrity, strong values, and good personality
- A dynamic educator, a strong people person, energetic and self motivated
- Creative and innovative in developing new learning methods for children
- For Mandarin teacher/Assistant Teacher: Minimum Bachelor degree in Chinese literature or have been studying Chinese Language in China for minimum 2 years
- For Math, Science & English : Indonesian Nationality, Preferable from Indian race or Overseas Graduates
