Qualifications :
- Male, Age 27 – 40 years old
- Bachelor Degree majoring Psycology/Law/Human resource Managementi – Reputable University
- GPA 3.00
- Min 5 years Experience as HR Supervisor or HR Asst.Manager at Holding Company (Corporation)
- Fluent in english skills preferable
- Have deep knowledge about Indonesian Labor Law
- Able develop HR System (HRIS) and HR Policy
- Strong Leadership, Good Communication Sklil and able to interact with all level
- Able to operate Microsoft Office (advance excel skill have a must)
- Have and ability to managing payroll, competences, recruitment, database employee (HRIS), KPI (Key Performance Indicator) and evaluating employee performance
- Have an honest, discipline and consentious attitude, good personality and high loyalty
- Hard working, able to work independently, team player, able to work under pressure
- Posses high integrity and able to handle sensitive and confidential matters
- Working 5 days Monday - Friday
