- Providing excellent customer service to all and new potential clients
- Presenting, promoting and pitching products and services using solid arguments to existing and prospective clients to acquire orders
- Performing cost-benefit and need analysis for customers regarding services required to meet their needs
- Establishing and maintaining positive business-client relationships
- Meeting the set target from the company, achieving monthly target
- Actively seek out and engage customer prospects
- Reaching out to client leads by following up in meetings, phone calls or text messaging
- Supply management with reports on customer needs/problems/interest and other competitive activities, if any, and potential new product and service to help company grow
- Taking notes on new and ongoing promotional trends
- Improve through feedback
