Job Summary
As Human Resource Manager, responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with overall business strategy.
Key roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
Skills & Experience
- People oriented and result driven.
- In depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practice.
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Human Resource or related field.
- Age between 35 - 40 years old.
- Having minimum at least 5 years experience in of experience in the field or in a related area.
- Familiar with a variety of the field concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Preferably Manager or Assistant Manager who are experienced in pharmaceutical companies, consumer health or healthcare company.
