Our client, a Home Appliance Industry Company, is urgently seeking for
COMMERCIAL FINANCE SUPERVISOR.
Requirements:
- Manage monthly closing. Support Sales. Review Processes. Setup Controlling tools
- Preferable candidate from retail or manufacturing background
- SAP and English skill
- Consolidate & analyse the financial result of our 48 Branches in Indonesia. Manage financial branch benchmarks. Perform budget control. Drive spending awareness
- Provide monthly analysis on Cost Center spending and perform budget control. Budget monitoring from the stakeholder through actual report
- Produce our weekly service activity dash board. Streamlining reporting process. Evaluate our service performance. Provide insight and recommendations to service management. Cooperate with the service team together impacting our service sales result
- Produce our weekly AR dash board. Streamlining reporting process. Evaluate our collection performance. Provide insight and recommendations to management. Support our operation team increasing the performance of our collectores, reducing our AR overdue
- Assist yearly budget process and resource allocation. Ensure it is submitted in accordance to the company policy and timeline. Provide actual analysis against latest Budget
- Assist sales controlling. Benchmark the sales performance between our branches. Analyse the productivity of our sales force. Highlighting key areas which would needed to be improved to increase sales
- Ad-hoc analysis to support commercial initiatives
- Always be actively seeking to continuously develop in order to meet required changes of the role
- Always be looking to Identify areas where improvements can be made and act upon them
