Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years experience in Garment
- Candidates with factory experience QA in garment factory
- Familiar with overall garment production process
- Implementing new and productive concepts in quality department at all levels in pre-production as well in bulk production
- Constant quality improvements without compromising on high efficiency and productivity
- Implementing , closely monitoring & improvising the quality concepts to ensure smooth flow and high quality product
- Should be able to impart knowledge, training and develop the skills of workers and implement quality
- Able to work in a team and under pressure with flexible timing
- Detail oriented
- Fluent in English both written and spoken
- Willing to travel
- Very well understand about technical, stitching, pattern, production inline, final inspection process
