Lowongan Kerja Purchasing & Material Planner Staff ( Ps ) Terbaru PT Cikarang.
Requirements:
- Educated in all major/from Industrial Engineering will be advantage with minimum IPK 3.00
- Fresh graduated are welcome to apply
- No experience is required
- Computer literate familiarity with AS-400 is an advantage
- Good English both oral and written is a must
- Willing to work in Cikarang, Bekasi
Responsibility: 1. Cover all shortage material for every cuts in the system
- Placing an order to cover the needed.
- Make sure the ETA and ETD are meeting the due date calculate on Sea shipment lead-time first. If can't meet the due date then the calculation is base on Lead-time Air shipment.
- Send the PO to Supplier and ensure supplier received it.
- Confirmed the PO on the system based on supplier confirmation.
- Ensure Price is the same between INV and PO before payment by F&A, any differences need supporting data.
- When we face the MOQ problem action base on the option below,
- Find the substitute of the item.
- Dye the fabric to the colour we want.
- Find other option from the advice, that we may be able to cover the shortage from a local supplier, which is not our nominated supplier on system.
- Once all option above still can't cover the shortage, sent MOQ approval to planner in PBUG.
- Monitor the ready goods to be shipped to our warehouse by checking the cut date.
- Delay the dispatch date If the ETA will be 15days earlier then the requirement date.
- Review the cancellation order to reduce the commitment inventory in outstanding order / PO in supplier where possible.
